expressive arts therapy private session

60 minutes individual
session online

The session begins with the difficulties/questions you intend to explore. Then we engage in artistic practices that give a bodily and emotional relationship to what you are going through. We focus on resources and sense of abilities you have that can be used to meet the challenges in daily realities.

8 private sessions package

8 x 60 minutes individual
session online in the duration of 4 months

If you feel stuck or incapable of responding to your situations, give yourself this immersed experience to be taken into the world of the imagination. Instead of focusing on deficiencies and dwelling on problems, over 4 months we will engage in creative play to find resources and possible solutions that were previously hidden from you.

facilitation for group of friends and family (min 6 people)

Set the theme and interest of inquiry with your loved ones or likeminded comrades. I can design and facilitate a 2-hour expressive arts-based therapeutic exploration or The Work That Reconnects workshop to meet your group’s needs.
